iGaming Ontario is seeking a Lead in Research and Insights to enhance the organization’s knowledge of online gaming dynamics. This contract role demands robust analytical skills and exceptional strategic insight. Ideal candidates will manage complex research programs and transform insights into impactful business strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a market research insights strategy
• Lead execution of research projects including brand tracking
• Advise on best practices for qualitative and quantitative methodologies
• Monitor market trends and player behavior continuously
• Prepare reports and presentations for peer and executive levels
Requirements:
• University Degree in Business or related field
• 5 years of market research and data analysis experience
• Strong storytelling and communication skills
• Experience with research programs and agency collaboration
• Proficiency in data analysis tools like Power
BI and Excel
