This summer contract role is positioned within the Research & Impact team, ideal for candidates pursuing degrees in Indigenous Studies, Social Science, or Data Science. You will apply data analysis techniques, collect and clean data, and produce insightful reports under expert guidance. This role emphasizes Indigenous research methodologies and the effective communication of results through various mediums.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct data collection and cleaning for research activities
• Analyze data and report results under team supervision
• Develop materials such as reports and presentations
• Utilize secondary data sources to address research questions
• Participate in program evaluations and reporting
Requirements:
• Degree in Indigenous Studies, Psychology, or similar fields
• Understanding of Indigenous research methodologies
• Experience with Excel or Google Sheets
• Strong analytical and numeracy skills
• Effective communication skills, both written and oral
