This position is integral to the Customer Research team, where you'll lead a group of analysts in executing research initiatives.
Your role includes managing the Customer Research Panel, ensuring it remains agile and representative while transforming complex findings into actionable business insights. Collaborating with multiple teams will enhance the organization's customer understanding.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and execute comprehensive mixed-methods research
• Develop effective research instruments and ensure ethical standards
• Govern the Customer Research Panel, emphasizing data quality
• Analyze and synthesize research findings into clear insights
• Present research outcomes with confidence to senior executives
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent
• At least 8 years of relevant research experience
• Proven skills in qualitative research and analysis
• Strong communicator with a knack for storytelling
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of analytical tools
