This contract position focuses on designing and executing research programs that shape business strategies for iGaming Ontario. You will use your strong business acumen to lead market research insights, brand tracking, and player behavior analysis. Collaborating closely with senior management, you will ensure that insights align with corporate goals while advocating for a culture driven by research and data.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop the market research insights strategy aligned with business priorities
• Execute iGaming Ontario's Research and Insights projects effectively
• Recommend methodologies for project design and execution
• Evaluate business challenges and information gaps thoroughly
• Prepare comprehensive reports for peer and executive communication
Requirements:
• University degree in Business or related field
• Five years of market research experience
• Expertise in qualitative and quantitative methodologies
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Advanced analytical skills using tools like PowerBI
