Product Research Analyst

Join our Product Research team as a Research Analyst specializing in Canadian insurance. You'll drive research studies, deliver insights, and support industry benchmarking initiatives.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree and over 5 years of experience in the insurance or financial services industry, focusing on data analysis and project management. You will manage moderate complexity projects, enhance data accuracy, and contribute valuable insights to internal and client-facing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage low complexity research projects independently

• Co-author reports, providing context to findings

• Update surveys and identify research gaps

• Conduct trending analysis across datasets

• Engage with survey participants for clarifications

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree preferred

• 5+ years’ experience in industry research or analysis

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
