Position: Tropical Biodiversity Research Volunteer
Join a vital biodiversity project in Costa Rica as a tropical research volunteer. Experience hands-on learning while contributing to the protection of unique rainforest ecosystems.
The project is based in a small village on the Caribbean mountain slopes, designed for individuals interested in environmental research and conservation. During a minimum three-week duration, volunteers will work alongside experienced staff to map rainforests and study biodiversity, gaining practical skills and valuable insights into sustainable living. Opportunities for personal research topics are available as well.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage in mapping lowland rainforest ecosystems

• Conduct long-term biodiversity research

• Collaborate with local staff and volunteers

• Present research findings for community knowledge

• Participate in reforestation and conservation initiatives
Requirements:

• All experience levels welcome to apply
