Your role will enhance user experience for millions of travelers.
As a leader in user experience research, you will independently manage research projects that are integral to Agoda's product strategy. Your 7+ years of experience will be pivotal in harnessing both qualitative and quantitative insights, effectively translating them into strategies that improve customer experiences. Collaboration with product teams and a data-driven approach will underpin your contributions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Independently lead end-to-end research projects
• Employ qualitative techniques like diary studies and usability testing
• Analyze survey data and develop meaningful insights
• Foster collaboration across interdisciplinary teams
• Ensure compliance with data ethics in research activities
Requirements:
• Master’s Degree or equivalent in a related field
• Over 7 years of relevant experience in user research
• Skilled in mixed methods research and analysis
• Excellent storytelling for diverse audiences
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
