In this role, you'll lead recombinant protein expression workflows spanning mammalian, insect, and bacterial systems. Your expertise will optimize scaling and purification, fueling vital antibody discovery and structural biology efforts. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, you will significantly impact our high-yield protein production pipelines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead recombinant protein expression optimization across multiple systems
• Drive development of stable, high-yield antibody-producing cell lines
• Execute downstream purification using FPLC-based chromatography
• Troubleshoot strategies for challenging membrane proteins
• Partner with teams to align timelines on protein production
Requirements:
• MSc. or Ph.D. in Molecular Biology or Biochemistry
• Minimum 2 years of industry or research experience
• Proven project ownership in biotech settings
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication for cross-functional collaboration
