Key Responsibilities:

• Execute site management and close-out visits efficiently

• Verify informed consent and protect subject confidentiality

• Maintain accurate Investigator Site Files and project documentation

• Facilitate site-level collaboration with Central Monitoring Associates

• Mentor junior staff and contribute to training activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or RN in a relevant field

• In-depth knowledge of Good Clinical Practice and ICH Guidelines

• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills

• Ability to undertake extensive travel up to 75%

• Complex problem-solving and technical skills
