As part of the Customer Research team, you will enhance strategic decision-making through insightful, data-driven research. Oversee a dedicated team of analysts while managing the proprietary Customer Research Panel to align research operations with business needs. Your capacity for translating complex findings will ensure businesses capitalize on evolving trends.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive research initiatives through design, analysis, and delivery
• Develop research instruments for qualitative and quantitative studies
• Manage panel engagement, ensuring representativeness and quality
• Synthesize findings into strategic insights for stakeholders
• Communicate actionable insights with clarity to senior teams
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Social Sciences, or equivalent
• 8+ years of experience in consumer research
• Proficiency in mixed-methods research and panel management
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Familiarity with survey platforms and analytics tools
