Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct literature reviews and write research documents

• Execute the full research cycle using diverse methodologies

• Develop research questions and create necessary instruments

• Maintain study records and adhere to research protocols

• Prepare reports summarizing insights for stakeholders

Requirements:

• Doctorate degree in relevant research areas

• Experience as Research Assistant or Officer

• Advanced training in research methods and data analysis

• Strong skills in SPSS, R, and Google Suite

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
