Working three days a week in the Toronto office, you'll leverage your research expertise to support product initiatives.
Your role encompasses developing research strategies, facilitating ideation sessions, and sharing key insights, ensuring that all design decisions are grounded in user needs and expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish key stakeholder relationships
• Guide research activity prioritization
• Design and implement research approaches
• Conduct live research with users
• Present core themes from research findings
Requirements:
• BA/BS in relevant fields or equivalent experience
• Minimum 3 years in a research role
• Strong grasp of design research methodologies
• Experience working within cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with user-centered design principles
