Elevate nursing research as an Evidence-Based Guideline Development Methodologist s role entails leading the development of best practice guidelines with a passionate team of healthcare professionals.
As a Master’s prepared registered nurse, you will spearhead the planning and execution of best practice guidelines (BPGs). Your work will involve conducting systematic reviews, developing recommendations, and collaborating with expert panels. Key responsibilities include maintaining methodological rigor and supporting evidence-based nursing practices across various guideline topics.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with experts to maintain methodological rigor
• Conduct systematic reviews and literature searches
• Develop evidence-based recommendations for guidelines
• Edit and refine guidelines based on expert feedback
• Prepare reports and manuscripts for publication
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in nursing or related field
• 3-5 years of research and clinical experience
• Proficiency in systematic review methodology
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
