Drive impactful user research as a UX Research Expert d initiatives that empower product teams to create user-centric AI solutions using your extensive research expertise.
Cohere is on the lookout for a Staff UX Researcher to enhance its North team. You will establish the research practice, enabling product paths based on user insights. Your experience of 7+ years—translating research into actionable product decisions—will be crucial in guiding teams through research initiatives and embedding evidence-driven methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop frameworks for scalable and effective research initiatives
• Oversee end-to-end complex research projects
• Consult on lighter-weight research efforts for product teams
• Assist PMs in developing hypotheses and interpreting analytics
• Provide UXR tools and techniques for feedback capture
Requirements:
• At least 7 years of UX research experience
• Strong background in establishing research infrastructures
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional partners
• Ability to synthesize complex findings clearly
• Engaging with enterprise users through research sessions
