As a Technical Writer focused on archaeology, you will lead report production and mentor junior staff members. Your expertise in the nuances of Ontario CRM archaeology is vital as you author detailed reports from inception through to ministry submission. The role emphasizes a thorough understanding of relevant legislation and compliance documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead authorship of Stage 1 to 4 reports
• Translate field notes into comprehensive narratives
• Submit required documents through Past Port
• Manage report review cycles and compliance issues
• Liaise with project stakeholders effectively
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in archaeology or similar
• 5+ years in Ontario CRM with report authorship
• Master’s degree or equivalent required for licensure
• Proven technical writing and research abilities
• Valid Ontario archaeological licence strongly preferred
