This one-year fellowship focuses on developing and validating methods for measuring cognitive outcomes in randomized controlled trials. Ideal for those with expertise in biostatistics, psychology, or related fields, this position will involve advanced statistical analyses and collaboration with a diverse team of researchers. Engage with ongoing trials while establishing independence in methodological research.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage research protocols and plans
• Lead studies on cognitive measurement feasibility and validity
• Analyze clinical trial and observational data
• Contribute to outcomes validation and dissemination
• Support manuscript preparation and publication efforts
Requirements:
• Recent PhD in a relevant discipline
• Strong background in statistical analysis
• Experience with mixed-methods research
• Competence in cognitive assessments and psychometrics
• Commitment to academic research and mentorship
