Key Responsibilities:

• Lead single B cell and plasma cell screening initiatives

• Optimize and manage the Cell Celector platform for discovery

• Develop and run cell-based functional screening assays

• Implement droplet microfluidics to support high-throughput screening

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on project developments
Requirements:

• M.Sc. in relevant scientific fields with substantial industry experience

• Minimum 3 years in single-cell or antibody discovery workflows

• Background in mammalian cell culture and functional assays
