Lead Insight Strategist in Automotive Research

Become the Lead, Research and Insights at the Ontario Centre of Innovation, where you will evaluate advanced mobility technologies. Transform research into actionable insights for strategic growth.
You will focus on synthesizing research related to the automotive and mobility landscape, including developments in EV and hydrogen technologies. This role involves producing essential research reports and collaborating with industry partners to enrich insights that guide decision-making processes. Your analysis will have a direct impact on the evolution of Ontario’s automotive sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and publish a yearly state report on mobility

• Create specialized insight reports, minimum 4 per year

• Provide analytical expertise to OCI and OVIN teams

• Identify focus areas that meet strategic goals

• Coordinate comprehensive research processes from start to finish
Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree, with a preference for advanced degrees

• Min 5-7 years of hands-on research experience

• Understanding of automotive industry beneficial

• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with visualization software

• Effective communication and collaboration skills
