Hybrid Research Analyst

Position: Hybrid Research Analyst Role
Drive policy change as a Research Analyst at Daily Bread Food Bank in Toronto, ON. This full-time hybrid role emphasizes key research on poverty and food access.
As part of the Research & Advocacy team, you will be responsible for coordinating research efforts, analyzing data, and communicating insights that impact food policy. Your research will support the fight against food insecurity, making a direct difference in the lives of those served by the Food Bank.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate qualitative and quantitative research projects

• Manage and analyze diverse data sources

• Support policy research on poverty issues

• Develop accessible reports and presentations

• Collaborate with external partners on research initiatives
Requirements:

• Degree in a relevant field (graduate level preferred)

• Experience with applied research and data analysis

• Strong judgement and critical thinking skills

• Proficiency in Excel and statistical software

• Excellent skills in written and verbal communication
