Position: Research Analyst I at UHN
Excel in research with UHN as a Research Analyst I at Toronto Western Hospital. Contribute to important studies on ecological determinants and artists’ health in a flexible casual role.
As a Research Analyst I at UHN, you'll support a SSHRC-funded knowledge synthesis project working closely within the Artists’ Health Centre. This new role focuses on advanced data organization, literature screening, and qualitative analysis, contributing to significant policy-relevant outputs. Your work will involve manuscript drafting in collaboration with the Principal Investigator.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct full-text screening and extract essential data

• Perform qualitative coding and analyze themes

• Support realist-informed synthesis methodologies

• Draft synthesis reports and academic publications

• Assist in creating policy briefs and mobilization materials
Requirements:

• Enrolled in or completed a relevant graduate degree

• Experience in qualitative research or systematic reviews

• Strong academic writing and analytical skills

• Familiarity with NVivo or similar tools is beneficial

• Knowledge in artists’ health or ecological determinants
