Elevate research initiatives at Humber Polytechnic as a Grant Coordinator in the Office of Research and Innovation. This temporary full-time position prioritizes effective grant submission and relationship management.
As you report to the Senior Research Grants Specialist, you will facilitate high-quality grant proposals.
Your role will consist of tracking grant activities, developing templates, and managing data while ensuring compliance with institutional timelines and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop systematic processes for grant submissions
• Administer and schedule internal review committees
• Coordinate with post-award teams for funded projects
• Research and recommend improvements for procedures
• Assist in marketing initiatives for current grants
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
• 1–2 years of progressively responsible experience
• Skills in budgeting and project management
• Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
