As the Research Program Manager, you will report to the CRAFT Directors and play a key role in expanding partnerships with government and healthcare organizations. Your expertise in project management, grant writing, and stakeholder relationships will be crucial in promoting CRAFT's innovative research program. Successful candidates will possess a blend of technical and interpersonal skills needed to advance CRAFT’s mission.
Key Responsibilities:
• Liaise with partners to enhance program visibility
• Organize seminars and workshops for knowledge sharing
• Craft grant applications for funding research initiatives
• Present program information to external stakeholders
• Track and forecast project financials for reporting
Requirements:
• Master’s in Biomedical Engineering or similar field
• At least six years in an academic research environment
• Strong background in managing research projects
• Deep understanding of microfluidics research applications
• Superior communication and analytical skills
