Shape innovative food products as a Sensory Science Specialist with Give & Go Prepared Foods. You'll design sensory evaluations, analyze data, and guide cross-functional teams in product development.
In this pivotal role, you'll lead sensory testing plans, recommend methodologies, and translate data into actionable insights. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and design sensory programs and evaluations
• Execute sensory testing plans aligned with objectives
• Recommend appropriate sensory methodologies for projects
• Perform statistical analyses on sensory data
• Train cross-functional teams on sensory science interpretations
Requirements:
• University degree in Food Science or related field
• 2 years in sensory evaluation and R&D experience
• Good understanding of GMP, HACCP, and food allergens
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Power Point
