Shape the future of online gaming in Ontario as the Market Insights Lead at iGaming Ontario. Spearhead research initiatives that deliver critical player and market insights.
In this role, you’ll manage complex research programs to inform strategic decisions across the organization. Responsibilities include advising on research methodologies, preparing compelling insights reports, and monitoring market trends. Collaborate with external vendors and senior leaders while fostering a data-driven culture that enhances iGaming Ontario's competitive edge.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the execution of research projects such as market sizing
• Advise best practices for qualitative and quantitative research
• Analyze competitor activities and player behavior trends
• Collaborate with senior leaders to define research agendas
• Ensure effective communication of findings at the executive level
Requirements:
• University degree in relevant field and five years’ experience
• Expertise in managing end-to-end research programs
• Strong storytelling and communication abilities
• Proficiency with data tools like Excel and Power Query
• Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
