Position: Research Analyst for Insurance Studies
Be part of our dedicated Product Research team as a Research Analyst. You'll manage research studies and provide insights into Canadian insurance trends and practices.

In this role, you will utilize your educational background and 5+ years in the insurance sector to design and implement research projects. You will enhance data accuracy and contribute actionable insights to support our members and clients in navigating industry shifts effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute moderate complexity research studies

• Lead author for member-facing deliverables

• Run data collection and identify issues

• Monitor trends in datasets

• Assist team members and support project goals

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree preferred

• Over 5 years’ experience in insurance or financial services

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong project management and communication abilities

• Knowledge of data visualization techniques
