At the McCain Centre, you’ll support a pan-Canadian Learning Health System initiative.
Your role involves conducting qualitative and quantitative research to bridge the gap between data and practice, thereby enhancing youth mental health outcomes. This position emphasizes collaboration with diverse stakeholders and centering youth experiences in research activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and conduct in-depth research studies
• Facilitate ethical approvals and collect diverse data
• Work alongside interdisciplinary teams on projects
• Contribute to grant writing and scientific reporting
• Manage and implement project plans efficiently
Requirements:
• PhD in relevant fields such as Psychology, Public Health
• At least one year of research experience
• Proficiency in mixed methods and data analysis
• Experience with diverse community stakeholders
• Understanding of Indigenous data governance principles
