Position: Economist for Public Policy Analysis
Shape economic policy through insightful analysis as an Economist at CSA Group. This role combines research leadership, data-driven decision-making, and stakeholder engagement.
The CSA Group is seeking an Economist to contribute to its Public Policy Centre’s mission. You will leverage your experience in economic analysis to lead research projects spanning various critical areas while fostering collaborative relationships with government, industry, and academia. Your data-driven recommendations will guide impactful policy decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth empirical research on economic topics

• Create and implement quantitative analyses to inform policies

• Produce accessible reports and communication materials

• Engage with external partners in multi-stakeholder events

• Represent the organization in public discussions and forums
Requirements:

• Master’s or PhD in Economics, Public Policy, or related field

• 5-7 years of experience in economic research

• Strong knowledge of econometrics and data analysis techniques

• Highly developed writing skills for policy documents

• Fluency in French and English
