Cytel is looking for a Research Principal/Associate Director to spearhead RWE projects and enhance client partnerships. With 12-15 years of experience in health research, you will work with a team committed to comparative effectiveness research, ensuring project success and team development. Your leadership will shape the scientific processes and training within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Oversee project execution and deliverable quality

• Acts as technical lead for advanced methodologies

• Detect opportunities for expanding client engagements

• Lead training and mentoring for junior staff
Requirements:

• Master’s or PhD in a related scientific field

• 12-15 years RWE or health research experience

• Expertise in causal inference and real-world data utilization

• Strong R programming skills

• Knowledge of AI/ML and Bayesian methods
