UHN's Barua Lab is looking for up to three motivated postdoctoral researchers dedicated to understanding various kidney disorders. Ideal candidates will have a PhD or MD/DDS in related fields within the last decade and a robust record of impactful research.
Your role will involve collaboration with industry and application of advanced sequencing technologies to analyze significant datasets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute next-generation sequencing and molecular biology experiments
• Analyze epigenomic and transcriptomic data
• Conduct studies with mouse models of renal disease
• Collaborate for data validation and integration
• Prepare scientific reports and presentations
Requirements:
• PhD or MD/DDS in relevant domains
• Proven experience with large datasets
• Skills in statistical analysis and next-generation sequencing
• Familiarity with proteomics data analysis
• Interest in renal pathophysiology
