In this full-time, permanent role, you will assist the Director in shaping and executing projects aimed at educational improvement within Branksome Hall. The ideal candidate will showcase research coordination capabilities and exceptional writing skills, ready to contribute original insights to the field of education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create annotated bibliographies and project proposals

• Implement full research cycles effectively

• Recruit participants and collect data accurately

• Summarize findings in comprehensive reports

• Create content for articles and presentations

Requirements:

• Doctorate degree with educational research focus

• Proven experience in a similar research role

• Mastery in SPSS or R and data analysis

• Strong command of both qualitative and quantitative methods

• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
