Become a vital part of the research team at Toronto Western Hospital as a Research Analyst I. This casual role focuses on ecological determinants and artists' health, offering flexible hours and competitive compensation.
As a Research Analyst I, you will support a SSHRC-funded project within the Artists’ Health Centre s involves substantial data extraction, qualitative coding, and literature screening, enabling you to enhance your analytical and academic writing skills. You will also contribute to drafting reports and policy briefs, actively engaging with stakeholders to ensure research output relevance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct full-text screening and data extraction
• Perform qualitative coding and thematic analysis
• Assist in drafting synthesis reports and academic outputs
• Support development of policy briefs and engagement materials
• Maintain research documentation processes
Requirements:
• Enrolled or completed graduate degree in relevant fields
• Experience with qualitative research or systematic reviews
• Strong analytical and writing skills
• Familiarity with NVivo, Covidence, or similar tools
• Knowledge of artists' health or ecological determinants
