Position: Research Consultant at Mastercard

You'll engage cross-functionally, managing multiple projects and synthesizing information to create cohesive narratives. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will be essential as you ask questions in client calls and workshops, supporting a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support end-to-end research processes for clients

• Develop screening tools and discussion guides

• Utilize software like Qualtrics and statistical tools

• Conduct diverse research methodologies and analyses

• Collaborate effectively within global teams

Requirements:

• Experience in research agencies or in-house roles

• Proficiency in statistical software (SPSS, R, etc.)

• Strong skills in Word, Excel, and Power Point

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Curiosity about human behavior and effective techniques
