Research Analyst at College of Nurses

In this Research Analyst role reporting to the Director of Analytics and Research, you will contribute to significant research initiatives. You'll utilize advanced skills in literature review, data collection, and data analysis to support the Research Office. This position requires collaboration with system partners, managing requests, and disseminating findings through reports and presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct literature reviews and design research instruments

• Collect data and perform qualitative and quantitative analyses

• Support administrative tasks for research activities

• Develop reports and presentations based on findings

• Coordinate research requests and maintain partner relationships

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field

• Minimum 1 year of research or evaluation experience

• Proficiency in statistical software (e.g. R, Python)

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

• Attention to detail in data collection and reporting
