In this key role, you will lead strategic advisory efforts, mentoring peers and ensuring business alignment in all research activities. Your extensive experience, a minimum of seven years, will be pivotal in guiding cross-functional teams through complex research activities while advocating Design Research best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive strategic design research discussions with teams
• Plan and execute complex research studies effectively
• Synthesize data into actionable insights for products
• Mentor junior researchers and enforce standards
• Build trust with stakeholders to enhance research visibility
Requirements:
• BA/BS in relevant fields or equivalent experience
• Minimum 7 years in Design Research with proven success
• Mastery of qualitative and quantitative methodologies
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and lead independently
