Key Responsibilities:

• Feed and passage mammalian intestinal and immune cell cultures

• Conduct RNA extraction and qPCR for biomarker analysis

• Assist in experiment design utilizing research literature

• Analyze and summarize data, creating informative graphs

• Present project updates in multidisciplinary team meetings

Requirements:

• Minimum one prior wet-lab experience

• Strong skills in cell culture and aseptic techniques

• Familiarity with general lab techniques and analytical equipment

• Excellent time management and interpersonal skills

• Educational background in relevant biological fields
