The Barua Lab is inviting three exceptional Postdoctoral Research Fellows dedicated to tackling complex kidney disorders through human omics research. Ideal candidates are those with a strong background in high-impact publications and experience in large dataset analysis. This position emphasizes collaboration, innovation, and contribution to the understanding of important renal diseases like Alport syndrome and CAKUT.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute next-generation sequencing and molecular biology workflows

• Analyze and interpret extensive multi-omics datasets

• Perform studies using mouse models for disease research

• Team up with other scientists for integrative research

• Draft manuscripts and scientific reports for publication

Requirements:

• Recent PhD or MD in a relevant scientific field

• Experience with statistical analysis of large datasets

• Knowledge of kidney disease biology preferred

• Hands-on single-cell sequencing experience

• Ability to work in collaborative research environments
