In this role, you will work directly with Dr. Neil Rector to implement research projects. The position entails participant tracking, data coding, and organizing study materials. You will have mentorship opportunities in grant writing and engage with diverse research initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate participant recruitment and maintain communication
• Conduct eligibility screenings and manage participant records
• Facilitate data collection and ensure compliance
• Organize, code, and analyze quantitative study data
• Prepare research ethics applications and compliance documents
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology with research experience
• Expertise in data management and analysis tools
• Familiarity with SPSS, End Note, and Office Suite
• Bilingual skills in English and French desirable
• Minimum one-year commitment and teamwork skills
