As an Associate Director in Community Research, you will collaborate with the VP of Research & Community Insights. This position requires 1-3 years of applied research experience, focusing on community insights, strategic studies, and senior leadership support. You will play a crucial role in designing surveys, conducting analyses, and synthesizing findings for organizational decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead implementation of UJA’s primary research initiatives
• Conduct advanced quantitative and qualitative analyses
• Synthesize findings into actionable insights for stakeholders
• Prepare reports, presentations, and data summaries
• Serve as a research advisor to Community Capacity Building teams
Requirements:
• PhD in social science or Master’s with applicable research experience
• Strong skills in statistical software such as SPSS or R
• Experience with census-based data analysis
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of the Jewish community is an asset
