This full-time exempt role necessitates a Masters or PhD in Psychology and emphasizes your expert knowledge in clinical outcomes assessments. You will lead the scientific oversight of eCOA implementation and rater training, ensuring the reliability of endpoint data collection across multiple regions. Work closely with study teams and vendors for successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead eCOA implementation and UAT execution
• Oversee translation strategies for clinical assessments
• Deliver engaging rater training and qualification programs
• Manage scale licensing and compliance requirements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to protect endpoint integrity
Requirements:
• Graduate degree in Psychology or related fields
• Familiarity with neuropsychiatric assessments preferred
• Experience in clinical research or pharma
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to travel approximately 20%
