Join Aviva Canada as the Manager of Insights and Research, where you will lead the strategic direction of customer research. This hybrid role focuses on understanding customer preferences and enhancing engagement through data.
Reporting to the Vice President of Customer, you will manage complex B2C and B2B research initiatives, ensuring insights guide key business strategies. You will be instrumental in synthesizing qualitative and quantitative data while fostering collaboration across teams to advance understanding of customer journeys.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and oversee impactful customer research initiatives
• Manage full research lifecycle from design to reporting
• Present insights effectively to senior stakeholders
• Mentor a team of research professionals for high-quality outputs
• Collaborate with various departments to meet research needs
Requirements:
• Minimum of 10 years of research experience
• Expertise in survey development and insights delivery
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Proven experience in project management
• Familiarity with AI in research methodologies
