Research Coordinator

Position: Full-Time Research Coordinator Role
The Sunnybrook Research Institute is searching for a full-time Research Coordinator to support studies in CBT and mindfulness-based treatments. Work alongside top researchers and enhance your skills.

Engage in a variety of research projects with Dr. Neil Rector's team, focusing on recruitment, managing participant data, and ensuring adherence to study protocols. This position offers mentorship in grant proposal writing and a collaborative research environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and interview study participants effectively

• Track participant eligibility and records through research protocols

• Analyze and manage quantitative data across studies

• Liaise with study personnel to ensure procedural integrity

• Prepare documentation for ethics approval and maintain compliance

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in psychology;
Master’s is a plus

• Experienced in data analysis and management

• Proficient in SPSS and Microsoft Office applications

• Bilingual in English and French is a benefit

• Committed to teamwork and independent work
