We are seeking two Research Technicians to support our lab team. Applicants should have a background in primary cell culture and biochemistry techniques such as Western blot and ELISA. You will perform in vitro testing, organize laboratory materials, and ensure compliance with established safety practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct in vitro screening of compounds in primary cells
• Maintain viable cell lines and prepare necessary reagents
• Accurately document and compile experimental data
• Organize lab materials and assist with inventory
• Adhere to lab safety protocols under supervision
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in health or science discipline required
• At least six months of relevant experience in cell culture
• Knowledge of techniques like RT-qPCR and ELISA
• Familiarity with biological materials handling
• Commitment to collaborative teamwork and safety
