Under the supervision of Dr. Karen Milligan, you will engage in a one-year appointment focused on creating a tool to simulate youth conversations and enhance KHP crisis responders' performance.
Your role will emphasize quantitative, qualitative, and mixed methods research to evaluate the tool effectively. You'll also contribute to knowledge dissemination through publications and conference presentations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead mixed methods research efforts for tool evaluation
• Simulate conversations for tool development and support
• Disseminate findings through academic publications
• Present research at academic and professional conferences
• Collaborate with a dynamic research team on broader initiatives
Requirements:
• PhD in Psychology, Education, or similar
• Experience in youth mental health or implementation science
• Proficiency in qualitative research methods
• Strong English communication skills;
French is advantageous
• Dedication to promoting equity and inclusion in research practices
