Research Ethics Coordinator

Position: Research Ethics Coordinator Role
Elevate ethical standards in research as a Coordinator at Holland Bloorview. Engage with the REB and promote compliance within a collaborative environment.

As the Research Ethics Coordinator at Holland Bloorview, you will facilitate the vital research ethics review process, acting as the central liaison between the REB and various research teams. Your responsibilities include educating stakeholders and ensuring adherence to ethical guidelines while coordinating submissions and monitoring compliance throughout all research stages. This busy role also supports interns and students, enhancing the learning environment within the REO.

Key Responsibilities:

• Educate and support REB members and researchers

• Manage and coordinate REB review of submissions

• Help maintain the REB website and eREB system

• Assist in developing standard operating procedures

• Oversee intern and student onboarding and progress

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

• Minimum 2 years in clinical research experience

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Familiarity with TCPS2 and ICH-GCP regulations

• Experience with eREB systems and MS Office
