In this key position, you will collaborate with the VP of Research & Community Insights to implement vital community studies. The role demands a combination of research expertise and community involvement, requiring strong analytical and communication skills. You will oversee the execution of surveys and synthesize results to inform strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct primary research initiatives and strategic community studies

• Conduct data analyses to uncover emerging issues

• Deliver clear, actionable insights to senior leadership

• Produce research documentation and communication materials

• Maintain research consistency and integrity within the organization

Requirements:

• PhD or Master’s with relevant research experience

• Strong quantitative skills with statistical software

• Experience analyzing population-based data

• Excellent verbal and written communication

• Knowledge of the Jewish community is an asset
