Join the Ontario Node of CRISM as a full-time Research Manager at CAMH, driving research in substance use and mental health. Guide multi-study projects and engage diverse stakeholders in impactful research.
This role emphasizes operational leadership for complex research initiatives while ensuring high-quality outputs and regulatory adherence. As a manager, you will oversee project planning, team coordination, and stakeholder engagement, contributing to the development of policy-relevant research.
Your experience will be vital in enhancing knowledge translation and innovation in mental health.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee coordination of multi-site research initiatives
• Lead project management tasks and stakeholder interactions
• Facilitate study design, data governance, and ethics submissions
• Support interdisciplinary teams and manage personnel
• Drive knowledge translation and dissemination of findings
Requirements:
• Master's degree in a relevant field
• At least 3 years in research coordination
• Familiarity with substance use and mental health topics
• Strong grant management and budget oversight skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
