You'll partner with the Founder to evaluate research opportunities, define R&D; pathways, and assess technical feasibility in cutting-edge technologies. • Help define Auvrix Energy’s long-term technology roadmap
• Identify and evaluate significant research challenges
• Establish strategic R&D; priorities and future programs
• Assess technical risks and innovation opportunities
• Mentor and support the growth of scientific talent

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in R&D;
• Advanced degree in Materials Science or related discipline
• Robust skills in assessing technical opportunities and commercialization
• Familiarity with advanced materials and thermal management
• Ability to work independently in early-stage environments
