This full-time Research Associate position is pivotal in the Refugee Trauma and Recovery Program at UNSW in Sydney. Engage in longitudinal studies, conduct data analysis, and support dissemination of findings. Responsibilities include project management and collaboration with multiple stakeholders to ensure research success and participant retention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research and enhance outcomes in psychology

• Collaborate on longitudinal and scalable studies

• Perform surveys, literature reviews, and gather data

• Support research dissemination through various channels

• Coordinate project meetings and track milestones

Requirements:

• PhD in Psychology or relevant experience

• Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask

• Excellent written and interpersonal communication

• Experience with RCTs and longitudinal studies

• Understanding of UNSW policies and research integrity
