Position: Senior Advisor for Human Rights Research
Drive impactful policies as a Senior Policy, Research & Strategic Advisor at the Human Rights Legal Support Centre. Focus on strategic initiatives and research to promote fair access to justice.

In this pivotal role at HRLSC, you will leverage over six years of experience in human rights strategy and policy formulation while advising the Executive Director on crucial organizational improvements. Your expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies will be instrumental in identifying systemic barriers and unmet legal needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth research on human rights and legal system challenges

• Develop and implement effective organizational policies

• Facilitate evidence-informed decision-making processes

• Present comprehensive findings to senior management and stakeholders

• Mentor interns and temporary staff on strategic initiatives

Requirements:

• Six years of related experience in policy and research

• Strong analytical skills for data visualization and reporting

• Background in socio-demographic and legal frameworks

• Ability to communicate complex issues clearly

• Experience with AI technologies within research contexts
