Overview
The Consumer Insights Senior Manager will play an important role in delivering high-quality research to clients, mostly focused on the US market. The role will focus on supporting Publicis agency clients while working on the Epsilon research team. This is an opportunity to be part of business growth for Epsilon and Publicis, by leading research projects from design to final deliverables.
The Senior Manager will report to the Senior Director of Consumer Insights, while working closely with the Co‑ordinator roles on the team for project execution. The Senior Manager will manage the full project cycle from designing study methodologies, developing questionnaires, and providing presentations and insights for the agency teams and clients.
- Lead primary research studies through various parts of the research project cycle, including:
- Scoping, research design and proposal development based on project needs
- Design of questionnaire to align with learning goals
- Lead analysis and reporting
- Finalizing results and key conclusions into client presentations
- Liaison/communication with clients, internal teams and partners.
- Support the CI Coordinator/Programmer on project execution tasks including:
- Survey testing (before fieldwork begins), monitoring fieldwork, and communication with internal and external stakeholders/partners related to fieldwork needs.
- Co‑ordinate project timeline and deliverables with other team members. The role requires a strong coordination and organized approach for concurrent tasks from multiple projects, while considering dependencies and timeline needs.
- Assist with department tracking and evolving processes, as needed.
- Ensuring privacy and consumer data are handled per business needs.
- Other projects as time permit.
What you’ll bring with you:
- 7 to 10 years experience in consumer quantitative research survey design, analysis and reporting.
- Very strong organization and project management skills.
- Great attention to detail, accuracy and problem solving.
- Experience working with cross‑functional teams.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proactive working style, with flexibility to shift priorities based on department evolving needs.
- Strong skills with Excel and PPT software for analysis and reporting.
- Ability to learn quickly and take initiative.

Transparency matters to us. The salary range for this position is CAD $90,700-$129,500 per year. Actual compensation within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and applicable certifications. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to offer based on current market data.
